Construction management deals with various aspects of study as well as managing and implementing a construction project. In Agency Construction management, the firm undertakes to closely monitor all aspects of construction keeping the interest of the owner in mind and they charge a fee for this. This would benefit the owners as the firm will manage every phase of the construction project on behalf of the owner.

The construction industry in the United Kingdom is being regulated by the Construction Design Management. This makes sure that proper steps are taken to prevent any untoward incidents in the construction site , till the project is finished.
